NO HASSLE RETURN POLICY:

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to offer a full refund (less shipping &/or handling costs) within 30 days of the original purchase date when returned with original packing materials and packing slip. After 30 days no returns will be accepted. Items must be in new unused condition, packaged with the same care we used to ship it to you. Items may be sent back via USPS Mail, or UPS; we recommend using insurance. If you choose not to use insurance we will not be responsible for packages lost or damaged in the return mail. For those out of the U.S. continent: Shipping and handling charges to and from our warehouse are not refunded. Returned orders which were originally NOT charged for shipping and handeling will be issued credit less $4.95 as a restocking fee.
When returning an item, you have a choice of a refund or you can exchange the piece you are returning with another piece from the IDS Jewelry collections.

WHEN RETURNING AN ITEM:

Complete the information regarding the piece you are returning using our return form. Please indicate whether you want a refund or if you wish to exchange the item for another piece. When exchanging, please clearly indicate the item number and description of the piece you would like us to send you. Pack the item in its original packaging and include a copy of the return form. Packages must be returned pre paid. We do not accept COD deliveries.

Ship the package according to the instructions on the packing slip. All credit card refunds will be applied to the same card used for the original purchase. Our purchases and refund use PayPal to complete transactions.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges can be requested on most items within 30 days.
Please email or phone for return authorization before sending back an item for exchange.

We guarantee that all jewelry is brand new. We guarantee that all gemstones are genuine and natural as opposed to man made or synthetic, unless specifically described as man made or synthetic. We will Guarantee our jewelry for a period of 3 months, should a stone become loose or lost out of the setting, we will either repair or replace the piece at no charge.
Please note, Gibson Opal IS a man-made opal.
This jewelry Guarantee does not cover shipping to and from our shop.
This guarantee does not cover jewelry that has been lost or damaged due to accidental causes or misuse.

If your item arrives damaged, please email or phone us as soon as possible.
